Our website is connected to Internet acquiring, and You can pay for the Goods by a Visa or Mastercard Bank card. After confirming the selected Product, a secure window will open with the payment page through CloudPayments processing center, where You need to enter your Bank card details. For additional authentication of the cardholder, the 3D Secure Protocol is used. If Your Bank supports this technology, You will be redirected to its server for additional identification. For information about the rules and methods of additional identification, please contact the Bank that issued Your Bank card.

Security guarantees

The CloudPayments processing center protects and processes your Bank card data according to the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information is transmitted to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further transmission of information takes place over closed banking networks that have the highest level of reliability. CloudPayments does not share your card details with us or other third parties. For additional authentication of the cardholder, the 3D Secure Protocol is used.

Security of online payments

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, e-mail, credit card number) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our Web server.

The security of online payment processing is guaranteed by CloudPayments Kazakhstan LLP. All transactions with payment cards are carried out in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard and other payment systems. When transmitting information, special security technologies for online card payments are used, data processing is carried out on a secure high-tech server of the processing company.

Rules of delivery

After rendering the services, the Customer receives things from the Contractor of dry cleaning or courier delivery, after receiving a message on the mobile phone about the readiness of the order for delivery. The Customer is informed by phone call about the place of receipt of the thing and the terms of delivery.

Quality of services rendered

The quality of services rendered must meet the requirements. The quality of services rendered by the Contractor must meet the requirements of ST RK 1075-2002 “Consumer services of the population. Dry cleaning services. General technical conditions. First version” and ST RK GOST R 52058-2008 “Household Services”. Things processed in laundries. General technical conditions. First version”

When receiving things, if the Customer discovers the obvious shortcomings of the service rendered, he or she immediately returns the things back to the Contractor with the packaging and labeling of the Contractor in order to eliminate the defects, and reports the claim to the quality of services rendered to the Contractor by a telephone call, a message or personally.

In case of returning things to the Customer without providing the service, the funds remain on his or her deposit in the Personal account as payment for subsequent orders, or, at the request of the Customer, are returned to his/her bank card.

Confidentiality

1. Definitions

The Internet project www. (hereinafter - URL, “we”) takes seriously the issue of confidentiality of information of our customers and visitors of the www.greenclean.kz  site (hereinafter – “you”, “cite visitors”). Under personalized information we mean such information that contains personal data (for example: full name, username or company name) of the site visitor, as well as information about the actions you perform on the site URL.
